For Gifts Under $500, payments should be made to our partner organization, the Vermont Land Trust in one of two ways:
By check, mailing it with the attached form, or
By credit card online using the external link shown here:
When asked, “How would you like to direct your gift?” below the credit card expiration date, please select Hogback Mountain.
For Gifts $500 and above, payment is made by mail only. Checks should be made payable to the Pew Charitable Trusts and sent with the attached Northeast Land Trust Consortium Response form to the address specified on the form.
